For Bookings

The bands No1 priority is to ensure that your event is tailored to your exact requirements:

Stage 1: Initial Enquiry

You should include as much detail about your event as possible. Marty will then contact you personally to discuss your needs.

Stage 2: The Booking

When a booking has been agreed you will be asked to send a set £100 deposit (The deposit is non-refundable if booking cancelled within 2 months of the performance). Once the deposit has been received you will be sent a confirmation letter within 7 working days. The letter will contain lots of useful information including a list of songs currently in the bands repertoire so that you can choose songs you would like included in the show as well as songs you prefer to leave out. Special requests can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Stage 3: The Lead Up

Around 4 weeks before the performance Audio Tracer will contact you to discuss the finer details and confirm the set list for the performance.

Stage 4 : The Big Day

The band will always endeavour to be set up and sound checked before your guests arrive, however with some venues this is not always possible. In such cases the band will set up with the minimum of fuss and disruption to your guests. Once set up and ready to go the final balance will be required in cash then all you have to do is relax and enjoy the show.
